By purchasing from Semante you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Products and descriptions
All Semante products are dietary supplements. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product descriptions are for informational purposes only.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on your billing date. You may cancel, pause, or skip at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be charged again after cancelling.
Refund policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order of any product. If unsatisfied within 30 days of receiving your first order, contact help@semante.co for a full refund. Subsequent orders are not eligible for refund unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Limitation of liability
Semante is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
